We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Our reflective decals are cut to order. As a result it may take 1 to 3 days to complete your order and prepare it for shipping depending on our work load. Your decals will ship the next business day once cut and packaged, you will receive a tracking number at that time. Occasionally from December to May shipping may be delayed do to heavy snow in our area. This is not common.
A Note About Shipping Speed.
USPS Priority Shipping will get you two day shipping. Our regular shipping will get your decals to you in 3 business days, in most cases, for half the price of Priority. We'll ship your decals any way you like, but if 24 hours isn't going to make a difference don't waste your coin.
International Shipping
For our international customers, if you have difficulty filling out the shipping or customs forms please contact us, we are happy to help. Some regions will have limited shipping options due to Covid restrictions, even now. If you feel your shipping quote is inaccurate please let us know and we'll do our best to get you a better rate. In some regions Priority International is the only or least expensive option. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to change these shipping costs. We do not mark up or a make a profit from our shipping. We are doing our best to bring you the best possible prices in these challenging times.
Returns
Occasionally we do get requests for a return, usually to exchange a color but not always. We handle returns on a case by case basis. Generally we do not pay return shipping unless we have made an error in your order. In that case we will likely reship your order with the correct items and let you keep the vinyl you received in the hope that you will share them with another rider. We do this because we want as many riders as possible to have reflective material on them.
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable we will make every effort to reship. Please make sure your shipping address is verified and can receive packages. If there is no drop off location the mail carrier will return your order to us in about two weeks.
Additionally, we cannot guarantee shipping times for items we don't ship. If you order from an external link or affiliate site ( of which there are few ) please be aware of that companies shipping policies.
